It’s that time again! Autumn has fallen! Fall is my favorite season because it is a delight for all the senses. The sight of trees changing colors, the feeling of cool, crisp air, the taste of pumpkin spice and salted caramel, and all the wonderful scents. Even though I burn candles year-round, I can’t deny that fall scents are superior. I’ve put together a list of my favorite fall candles to celebrate the season and add the finishing touch to your fall décor without blowing your budget!
White Barn Chestnut and Clove
Notes: warm roasted chestnut, fresh ground clove, cedarwood with essential oils
The candle has a full, strong, and nutty scent that reminds me of walking into a Kirkland’s or Michael’s store. Like the scented pinecones or brooms you may buy for your home, Chestnut and Clove packs a punch!
White Barn Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte
Notes: pumpkin latte, toasted marshmallow, praline musk with essential oils
I usually stray far away from food candles, because they tend to be overpowering and artificial smelling. This candle, however, has a subtle sweetness to it. And for those who are pumpkin-ed out, you’ll be happy to know the marshmallow and praline makes this pumpkin candle more mellow than most.
Bath and Body Works Apple Cardamom Crisp
Notes: red apple, spicy cardamom, sugared clove buds, graham cracker crumble with essential oils
Another food candle that did not disappoint! This candle came as a suggestion for a B&BW associate, and I am forever indebted to her. I’ve never eaten an apple cardamom crisp, and when she described the scent to me as “like a bowl of Apple Jacks” I was hesitant. But I’m glad I took the suggestion because this candle is one the most subtle and yummy scents I have!
White Barn Leaves
Notes: crisp red apple, golden nectar, warm clove spice with essential oils
These simple notes come together to make the quintessential fall candle. Warm and woodsy, it transports you to a crisp morning walk down a pine tree lined street. Leaves is definitely a daily burn in my home- it’s a scent you can never really tire of!

Notes: cinnamon sugar, warm apple butter, clove buds, brown sugar with essential oils
When I think of fall, I instantly think of all it’s delicious seasonal treats. Welcome Home gives you the scents of all your favorite baked goods without the guilt! If you want your kitchen to smell like you’ve been baking all day (and who doesn’t?), this is the candle for you!
