Hey ya’ll, I’m Corin! Welcome to my blog. I started Creatively Corin as a college student just looking for an outlet to express my hobbies and interests. Naturally, I was not consistent or committed to blogging at the time, but now that I am a twenty-something young professional and have fully emerged into adulthood, I wanted to revisit CC with a new approach. So here’s a little about me…
I’m a proud Georgia peach- Atlanta born and bred. I attended college here (at The Real GSU!) and I still reside in the Atlanta area now. I have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration, and was happily working in corporate events when an international pandemic hit and devastated the hospitality industry, among others. I realized that while I loved my job, I would always be taking a gamble working for someone else. So in April 2020, I decided it was time to bet on myself. I planned to re-brand my college hobby as a full-fledged business, and here I am today. I am so excited to have you along for the journey!
Now on to the fun stuff! Here’s a few facts that will help you get to know me a little more:
- I’m a lover of all things pink, feminine and EXTRA- you’ll notice that pretty quickly.
- I am a total foodie, but I could live on brunch and Mexican food alone.
- The airport is one of my favorite places to be. I dream of exploring every continent, and I’m always in pursuit of finding the next best vacation destination.
- My mind is about 95% song lyrics and movie quotes ( RnB/Neo-Soul, and Disney movies to be exact) and often I’ll slip some references in my posts.
- I have “fur baby fever” and have been considering adopting a puppy- any suggestions?
